Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favourite products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your delivery details and complete payment securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at wecozystore@gmail.com if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is successfully placed. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — the threshold will be displayed at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your parcel through our courier partner's website.
Do you deliver to all areas in South Africa?
Yes, we deliver nationwide across South Africa, including remote and rural areas. Additional charges may apply for hard-to-reach locations.

What is your return policy?

How do I return a product?
