At WECOZYSTORE, we pride ourselves on providing a premium experience, ensuring your grooming and jewelry pieces reach you securely and promptly. This policy outlines our processing, shipping, and delivery procedures for all orders within South Africa.
1. Order Processing Time
To maintain our quality standards, all orders require a processing and fulfillment window of 1-2 business days before dispatch. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, strictly excluding South African public holidays.
2. Delivery Estimates & Rates
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier partners, the following delivery timeframes apply based on your location:

3. Legal & Liability Protections
3.1 Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided at checkout are completely accurate. WECOZYSTORE holds no liability for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Any additional shipping fees incurred for re-dispatching returned orders will be billed to the customer.
3.2 Unforeseen Delays (Force Majeure): While we strive to ensure our courier partners meet the stipulated delivery windows, WECOZYSTORE cannot be held legally liable for delays outside of our direct control. This includes, but is not limited to: severe weather conditions, natural disasters, national courier strikes, infrastructure disruptions (such as severe load-shedding impacting logistics hubs), or third-party systemic failures.
3.3 Risk of Loss & Transfer of Ownership: In alignment with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), the risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the consumer only upon successful delivery and signature at the nominated address. Once the waybill is signed (by the customer or a representative at the address), WECOZYSTORE's liability for the physical integrity of the package concludes.
3.4 Failed Delivery Attempts: If our courier partner attempts delivery multiple times without success due to the customer's unavailability, the package will be returned to our facility. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the purchase price, less the incurred shipping and administrative costs.
